Job Description
Join Our Dynamic Team as an Inpatient Occupational Therapist!
Job Description:
- Facilitate the development and rehabilitation of patients with physical disabilities
- Maximize functional status for hospitalized patients
- Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients
- Perform essential administrative duties
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives
- Pursue continuous professional growth
- Execute other assigned duties as needed
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift:
- Mon - Thu: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Fri: 8 AM - 1 PM
- Weekend Shifts: Required
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of independent practice
- Number of Other Therapists on Staff: Collaborate in a team environment
- EMR/Documentation System: ReDoc for outpatient and MedHost for inpatient
- Caseload/Patient Scheduling: 6 - 8 patients per day
- Guaranteed Hours/Week: 36
- Required Credentials: BS in Occupational Therapy or higher
- Required License: Arizona Occupational Therapy Licensure
