Join Our Dynamic Team as an Occupational Therapist (OT)!
Job Description:
- Exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant rehabilitation center!
- Position: Occupational Therapist
- Location: Enloe Health Medical Center, Chico, CA
- Shift: Day
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
Unit Information:
- Patient Population: Geriatric / Adult
- Number of Beds: 40 (currently capped at 30)
- EHR System: EPIC
- Supervisor: Keven Carney
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices to help patients achieve their goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Passionate about making a difference in patients' lives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skillset/Experience:
- Background in inpatient rehab or acute care
- Familiarity with common diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac conditions
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: To be determined
- Unacceptable Attire: Business casual
