Your Role

In this position, you will not merely address symptoms—you will empower lives, restore routines, and help rediscover the joy in everyday activities. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors through delicate motor skills recovery or aiding orthopedic patients in regaining their mobility post-surgery, you will deploy your expertise to craft person-centered care that nurtures strength and independence.

This environment values deeper connections over checklists. It's a space where every patient represents a unique journey, and every therapy session serves as an opportunity to help them write a hopeful chapter toward recovery. You will engage closely with fellow professionals—therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers—to co-develop rehabilitation plans that honor the individuality of each patient we serve.

Why You Will Admire the Team and This Place

Our rehab community is something truly special. Here, we don't just clock hours—we support one another, share insights, and celebrate every victory, no matter the size. You'll find a workplace that values your input, encourages your development, and showcases your impact every single day.

And the backdrop is remarkable: Cincinnati, a patchwork of rich history and lively arts, vibrant neighborhoods, and bountiful parks. Picture this: a city framed by picturesque hills along the Ohio River, where riverside activities meet cultural experiences like the famous Cincinnati chili, thriving music scenes, and diverse food offerings.

The local community buzzes with creativity and life. Farmers' markets overflow with fresh produce, vintage shops offer unique finds, and art murals adorn countless streets. It is an urban tapestry that attracts artists, innovators, and families, yet still grants space for quiet moments and leisurely strolls through parks.

Who We Seek

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual who sees occupational therapy as a noble pursuit, not just a job. Someone whose heart fills with joy when a patient achieves a new milestone—whether it's regaining fine motor control or expressing a story that's been long suppressed.

If you're either a seasoned OTR/L or a recent graduate with passion, enthusiasm, and a spirit of service, you'll thrive within our culture. If you are eager to blend exceptional care with a life of enriching experiences, we encourage you to step into this remarkable opportunity.

Join Us in Crafting Purpose — Together

This is your invitation to elevate beyond a standard job role. Here, your efforts will lay the foundations for brighter futures, facilitate recoveries, and revive what may have been lost. And you will do this in a community known for its unique blend of excitement and serenity.

If you're ready to evolve, contribute, and immerse yourself in a community that genuinely values care — we are eager to welcome you.
