Your Role in Rehabilitation

In this fulfilling position, you'll do much more than treat symptoms; you'll help revitalize routines, enhance confidence, and bring joy back into everyday life. By aiding stroke survivors in fine motor skills recovery or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will provide the compassionate, person-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This isn't about shortcuts or checklists; every patient presents a unique story, with each therapy session acting as a pivotal chapter in their recovery narrative. You'll form cooperative partnerships with your fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers to craft tailored rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of each patient.

The Invaluable Team and the Allure of Nashville

We've cultivated a community here that transcends the ordinary. Our therapy team is a close-knit family, consistently providing support, sharing insights, and celebrating each other's successes—both large and small. In this environment, your contributions are valued, your development is encouraged, and your impact is noticeable every day.

And let's not forget about the breathtaking backdrop: the vibrant city of Nashville, a place that surpasses expectations and welcomes exploration. With a lively arts scene, breathtaking parks, and an unforgettable music atmosphere, Nashville is home to an abundance of experiences waiting for you. From savoring barbecue and hot chicken at charming local eateries to catching live music in historic venues, your weekends will be filled with creativity and inspiration.

As you walk through communities bursting with culture and charm, you'll discover that while this city attracts artists and innovators, it maintains a pace that provides ample opportunities for relaxation and connection, ensuring a balanced lifestyle.

Who We're Seeking

We're in search of someone who views occupational therapy as more than just a job—it's a calling. If you feel a spark of joy when a patient regains their independence, moves with less assistance, or expresses thoughts they've previously struggled to share, we want to hear from you.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or just embarking on your professional journey, you'll thrive in our environment if you bring heart, dedication, and a humble spirit to your practice. If the idea of providing exceptional care within a vibrant lifestyle resonates with you, then you've discovered your ideal match.

Join Us in Making a Difference

This is more than just an invitation to fill a position; it's a call to be part of something meaningful. Your contributions will shape futures, empower recoveries, and restore clarity in lives. And you'll do so in a city known for harmonizing ambition with tranquility.

If you're eager to grow, give back, and immerse yourself in a community that values compassionate healthcare, we can't wait to meet you.
