Your Role in Patient Journeys

In this position, you are not merely treating symptoms; you are helping individuals restore their routines, rebuild confidence, and rediscover joy in their daily lives. You will guide stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation and assist orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, applying your comprehensive skill set to deliver person-centered care that fosters resilience and autonomy.

Shortcuts and checklists have no place here. Instead, each patient is a unique story, and every therapy session contributes a chapter to their recovery journey. You will closely interact with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, collectively creating rehabilitation blueprints tailored to the individuals behind them.

Why You Will Love Our Team and the City

We have cultivated a remarkable atmosphere within our rehabilitation team; we do not just come to work — we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate achievements together. In this workplace, your input is valued, your development is supported, and your contributions are felt on a daily basis.

And let's not forget the surroundings: Miami, a city that is a fusion of cultures and lifestyle experiences. Picture sun-soaked beaches, stunning art deco architecture, and an ambiance pulsating with creativity. The culinary scene is a vibrant tapestry of global flavors where food trucks coexist with gourmet restaurants, offering everything from fresh seafood to traditional Cuban dishes. Whether you prefer to unwind with lively nightlife or retreat to lush parks, Miami has something for everyone, maintaining a pace that allows for relaxation and reflection amidst the excitement.

Your Calling

We are in search of individuals who view occupational therapy as more than just a profession; it is a vocation. We want you to feel a spark of joy every time a patient regains control over their movement, enjoys more independence, or communicates experiences that once eluded them.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or an emerging talent eager to learn, you will flourish here if you approach your work with compassion, dedication, and perseverance. If you are excited by the prospect of blending exceptional care with a fulfilling lifestyle — you have discovered your ideal role.

Join Us in Creating Impactful Change

This is your chance to be part of something beyond a job description. Here, your efforts will shape lives, bolster recoveries, and bring back what was lost. You will do this in a community celebrated for its blend of vibrant energy and tranquility.

If you are ready to thrive, contribute, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we can't wait to meet you.
