Your Role

In this role, you'll go beyond merely addressing symptoms—you'll play a key role in restoring routines, rebuilding self-confidence, and reigniting joy in everyday activities. From supporting stroke survivors in fine motor recovery to guiding orthopedic patients to regain their strength post-surgery, you will employ your skills passionately to deliver individualized care that nurtures resilience and autonomy.

This environment rejects quick fixes or checklists. Each patient is a unique story, and every therapeutic session is a personalized chapter in their journey of recovery. You'll collaborate intimately with therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-create rehabilitation plans as distinct as the individuals they aim to support.

Why You'll Cherish This Team — and the City That Inspires You

Our team is truly one-of-a-kind. We don't just show up for our shifts — we uplift each other, share expertise, and celebrate victories (both big and small). You'll find an environment where your opinions matter, your growth is fostered, and your contributions are recognized every single day.

And as for the backdrop: Philadelphia is a city bursting with life and creativity. It offers a vibrant arts scene, rich cultural history, and culinary delights that range from iconic cheesesteaks to chic farm-to-table restaurants. There's a dynamic interplay of modern innovation and historical significance, with a marvelously walkable landscape that invites exploration—from the serene parks to the bustling markets.

The community thrives on diversity, drawing together artists, innovators, and thinkers from all walks of life. Here, you can find tranquility in one of the many green spaces or enjoy conversations over coffee in the countless cozy cafes scattered throughout the city.

Your Ideal Fit

We seek an individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a job; it's a dedication. Someone whose heart swells with pride when a patient achieves a new milestone, whether it's utilizing their limbs with newfound strength or sharing a long-awaited story.

Whether you are an accomplished OTR/L or a graduate full of promise, you'll excel here by bringing enthusiasm, hard work, and compassion to your role. If the notion of merging high-caliber care with an extraordinary lifestyle resonates with you — this is your home.

Let's Forge a Meaningful Journey — Together

This is your invitation to partake in something larger than a standard job description. Here, your efforts will shape destinies, nurture recoveries, and bring back what was once lost. And you'll do it in a city famed for blending ambition with a sense of community.

So if you're eager to evolve, contribute, and immerse yourself in a city that cares — we can't wait to meet you.
