In this role, your efforts will transcend the mere treatment of symptoms, as you will restore routines, rebuild confidence, and ignite joy in everyday life. Whether guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining their mobility post-surgery, your knowledge and care will bring person-centered strategies into play, promoting resilience and independence.
This isn't a typical environment focused on shortcuts—here, every single patient is a unique narrative, and each therapy session contributes to the next chapter in their journey. You'll collaborate with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, crafting rehabilitation plans that resonate with the stories of those we serve.

What we have cultivated is truly special. Our rehabilitation team doesn't simply fulfill roles; we empower one another, share insights, and celebrate victories, both large and small. You'll step into a workplace where your opinions matter, career growth is encouraged, and the impact of your work is tangible day by day.
And then there's Toledo—an urban landscape with vibrant energy, diverse culinary offerings, and a community rich in artistic expression. The city is a melting pot of creativity and innovation, where seasoned professionals and fresh talent collaborate harmoniously in a spirit of camaraderie and passion.
Who You Are
We're on the lookout for someone who views occupational therapy as more than just a career but rather as a vocation. A person who shines with excitement when a patient regains the ability to use their hand, walks with fewer supports, or shares a voice they had thought was lost.
Whether you're an accomplished OTR/L or an ambitious newcomer, you'll thrive in our environment if you bring your passion, persistence, and empathy to your role. If you envision combining high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle, you've found your home.
Let's Craft Something Meaningful — Together
This is your chance to join us in creating an impact that goes beyond a job title. Your work will influence futures, stimulate recoveries, and restore what was once lost—all while being grounded in a community that embraces both ambition and tranquility.
If you're prepared to grow, give back, and cultivate your roots in a caring community—come, be a part of our story.
