Job description
As an Occupational Therapy Supervisor at MEDSTAR HEALTH, you will lead a team delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehab services across our Maryland–Washington, DC region. You’ll oversee evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation while mentoring staff and coordinating caseloads to ensure safe, effective, and timely care. Partnering closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll drive quality, evidence-based practice, and program development in a mission-driven, community-focused health system that supports your growth, learning, and career advancement.
