Job description
As an Occupational Therapy Supervisor at MedStar Health, you will lead a team delivering patient-centered OT services across our regional healthcare system. You’ll oversee daily operations, staffing, and quality of care, ensuring evidence-based, compassionate practice that advances functional independence and safety. In this collaborative, mission-driven environment, you’ll mentor clinicians, support professional development, drive quality and process improvements, and partner with interprofessional teams to optimize outcomes for a diverse patient population across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region.
