Job description
Kastech Software Solutions Group in Houston, TX seeks an OCM Lead to define and drive organizational change for an ERP/Finance transformation. This onsite, long-term contract role focuses on stakeholder alignment, readiness, adoption KPIs, and executive sponsorship across global functions.
You will partner with PMO to embed change milestones, develop communications, and coach a Change Agent Network, ensuring people, processes, data, and technology are adopted from kickoff through Hypercare.
