Job description
TransMedics is seeking an OCS Specialist to maximize the use of the Organ Care System for retrieval and transport before, during, and after transplantation. You will complete hands-on training and certification at our Andover, MA facility and support OCS cases across sites.
The role requires ICU/ECMO experience, strong communication, inventory management, and ability to work on-call and travel domestically. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are offered.
