Job description
Pacific Eye Institute is subject to and required to follow the California Department of Public Health’s COVID-19 vaccine order, dated August 5, 2021, for healthcare facilities within the State of California.
It is a job requirement that any candidate who accepts employment with UVP be fully vaccinated by their hire date, subject to submission of documentation of a medical condition or a sincerely held religious belief, practice or observance that may be entitled to a reasonable accommodation that does not pose an undue hardship on the operation of the business.
New Team Members will be required to submit their COVID-19 vaccine record prior to their hire date.

Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology andhave completed a 2-year fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Orbit and Reconstructive Surgery.
