Job description

Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist

Colorado Springs, Colorado

We are seeking a team-oriented Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist to join our established, physician-owned private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are proudly independent and non-private equity, allowing our physicians to maintain clinical autonomy and a strong focus on excellent patient care while benefiting from the resources and business focus of a successful, growing practice.

Why Our Practice

Established, physician-owned private practice

Independent, non-private equity environment

Collegial, team-oriented physician culture

Strong emphasis on clinical excellence and patient experience

Established patient base and referral network

Opportunity to develop and grow a comprehensive oculoplastics practice

Opportunity to incorporate both functional and elective/cosmetic services

On-site ambulatory surgery center

Competitive compensation

Choice of career path — employed physician or partnership track

Practice and ASC ownership opportunities for those interested

Opportunity to participate in the long-term growth and direction of the practice

We believe a great practice balances exceptional patient care, a positive physician and staff culture, and sound business principles. We are looking for a physician who shares those values, enjoys collaborating with colleagues, and is excited about the opportunity to build their subspecialty within an established practice.

Why Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs offers an exceptional combination of professional opportunity and quality of life, with a growing community, mountain views, abundant outdoor recreation, and convenient access to Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

We recognize that physicians have different career goals. Partnership is an opportunity, not a requirement. A physician may build a rewarding long-term career as an employed physician or pursue a path toward practice and ASC ownership.

This is an opportunity to practice high-quality oculoplastics in an independent, physician-led environment while building the practice and career that best fit your professional and personal goals.

Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologists with fellowship training in oculoplastic surgery are encouraged to apply.
