Job description
SEARHC in Alaska is seeking an Organizational Development Program Director to lead system-wide development and excellence initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, culture, and leadership.
The role partners across divisions to design, implement, and sustain strategies for employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, while honoring Alaska Native values. Travel to SEARHC facilities and communities is required for on-site OD support.
