Exceptional benefits package, 401K Plan, Family Atmosphere, and plenty room for growth!Shift: 2ndJob Responsibilities:Ability to follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environmentExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plusPerform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipmentOperate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stopsCommunicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materialsHousekeepingOD / Thread Grinder top skills & proficiencies:Knowledge of GrindingAbility to Read Blueprints, Schematics and ManualsAnalytical Skills using micrometers, calipers, gagesWork from blueprints to identify component/manufacturing specificationsSet-up and operate manual and/or CNC grindingSelect Proper feeds and speedsAbility to check parts to specifications using gauges and related measuring devicesAbility to inspect parts and make adjustments according to blueprint specificationsPerform basic troubleshooting and make appropriate adjustmentsRotate between various department work centers as requiredQualificationsJob Qualifications:One (1) year experience in manufacturingWorking knowledge of equipment and toolsOperate material handling equipmentAble to read, write, and count in EnglishAbility to lift 40lbs
