Job description
Build and maintain the Odoo integrations that keep inventory, purchasing and production data in step with Uptario.
About the role
Many of our customers run Odoo for purchasing, inventory or manufacturing. You'll design and build the connectors that keep spare-parts stock, purchase orders and production schedules in sync between Odoo and Uptario, and extend Odoo modules where a plant's workflow needs it.
Responsibilities
Design and implement two-way integrations between Odoo and Uptario (REST/XML-RPC, webhooks, scheduled jobs)
Develop and customize Odoo modules for inventory, purchasing, manufacturing (MRP) and maintenance
Migrate legacy data into Odoo with validation and reconciliation
Write automated tests and keep integrations observable (logging, retries, alerts)
Support deployments and upgrades across Odoo versions
Work directly with customer teams to map real plant workflows to system behavior
Requirements
3+ years of Python development, with at least 2 years on Odoo (v14 or later)
Solid understanding of the Odoo ORM, security rules, QWeb and module structure
Experience integrating Odoo with external systems via APIs
PostgreSQL and SQL skills; comfortable diagnosing performance issues
Git-based workflow and code review habits
Nice to have
Odoo Manufacturing / MRP, Inventory or Maintenance module experience
Exposure to CMMS, MES or shop-floor systems
Docker and CI/CD experience
