Job description
Wilson Elser’s San Francisco office is seeking an Of Counsel Attorney with strong litigation experience in habitability, landlord-tenant, and related areas. The role involves defending property owners and related clients in Superior Court, with oversight of cases from inception through resolution.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with local tenant protection ordinances, and be able to manage complex matters while mentoring junior attorneys.
