Job description
DLA Piper is seeking an Of Counsel with strong legal writing skills in pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert and Rule 702 motions to join its Litigation group. This position is open to any U.S. office and requires a JD with bar admission.
The role involves reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda, supervising associates, working with experts, and shaping case strategy. Hybrid work environment with extensive client interaction.
