Job description
BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing skills and substantial Daubert/Rule 702 motions experience in pharmaceutical and medical device matters.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing discovery, briefs and motions; supervising associates; coordinating with experts; and shaping case strategy. JD from a top school with bar admission is required; NY license encouraged.
