BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will bring strong legal writing skills and a deep background in pharmaceutical and medical device Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice.
Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, and motions; supervising associates; coordinating with experts; and shaping case strategy with clients.
