Job description
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Nursing Shift Supervisor to lead off-shift nursing operations. The role focuses on problem solving, clinical expertise, and staff mentoring to ensure efficient patient flow during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The supervisor will oversee staffing, document shift events, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold patient safety and quality care. NY RN licensure and BLS are required; a BSN is preferred.
