Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Prepare Notices of Meeting, Budgets, and other relevant documents
Record and action meeting minutes efficiently
Draft Contracts of Appointment and issue Owners Corporation Certificates
Manage and update insurance details and claims
Maintain and update owner information and acquisition/disposition records
Coordinate posting of contribution notices and related communications
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer peripherals
High accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and client-focused mindset
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
