Office Admin/Customer ServiceWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, entering customer orders, performing general data entry, and assisting with a variety of administrative and office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to accuracy and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a courteous and professional mannerEnter customer orders accurately and efficiently into internal systemsPerform general data entry and maintain accurate recordsProcess office documents as neededCommunicate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentAssist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasksSupport general office operations and perform other duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systemsDependable, organized, and professional demeanorPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft ExcelProficiency using a 10-key keypadPrevious experience with the AS/400 operating systemCompensationSalary will be based on experiencePhysical Requirements:(S)he will be required to sit and stand for long periods of time. Will be required to lift and move large amounts of paperwork (boxes of files). Will be required to stoop, bend, and reach above the head and below the knees to file and retrieve data.I understand the description of this job and the essential functions, as given above. I also understand that all the duties are not described above and that I will perform those above and other related duties as directed by my supervisor.Standard Hours: 8:00AM- 5:00PM (subject to management's discretion).
