Office AdminImmediate need for a talented Office Admin. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Irvine, CA (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).Key Responsibilities:Workplace Strategy & Space Planning SupportSupport the development and execution of plans for office expansion, workstation transitions, and space optimizationTranslate defined business requirements and leadership direction into actionable seating and space plansAssist with monitoring space utilization trends and identifying improvement opportunitiesConstruction & Transition CoordinationPartner with construction management to support logistics, sequencing, and readiness activities for phased construction impacting the APM business unit and STS functional group.Coordinate move in readiness activities, schedules, and dependenciesSupport transition close out following each construction phaseSeating Coordination & Leadership SupportCoordinate office and workstation assignments following each construction phase, aligned to defined criteriaWork with functional and site leaders to gather inputs and validate seating plansResolve routine seating and workspace conflicts; escalate complex or sensitive issues to leadershipBuilding Operations SupportSupport building management with one off facility issues, and minor projectsServe as a point of contact for workplace related requests and inquiriesSeating Administration & OnboardingMaintain and update the master seating assignment listCoordinate printing and placement of nameplates/nametags for new associates and role changesEnsure seating data accuracy and alignment with approved plansAttendance & Utilization TrackingTrack on site attendance at both individual and building utilization levelsAnalyze attendance and utilization data using Excel and standard reporting toolsPrepare summaries and reports for management reviewOur client is a leading Medical Device Equipment Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
