Job description
Office Admin - Mental Health Clinic5 days a week! In-office 9am to 5pm. Located in Wilson.Essential Functions and Basic DutiesAnswer telephones and route calls to the appropriate destinationTake accurate and concise messages and distribute to the appropriate sourceGreet visitor, vendors and consumersDistribute mail and internal correspondenceMaintain visitors log and employee sign in sheetsAssist in the distribution of payroll checks to staff and vendorsManages budget for food and office suppliesMaintain the front lobby areaDistribute employment applications for walk-ins.Maintain schedule for Therapist and QPs by scheduling, cancelling and rescheduling appointmentsCoordinate with Clinical Director(s) to schedule intake and assessmentsTrack all referrals by completing the Referral FormVerify consumer insurance informationComplete consumer screening and intake packetProcess intake packets and input consumers information into Sharenote.Request and retrieve record numbers for consumer files.Assemble new client files before releasing to Medical Records DepartmentRetrieve information from Medical Records for QPsFile client documentation in consumer filesComplete initial and updates for NCToppsReview daily attendance logsScan Incident Reports/Grievance forms to QA/QI Management dailyCoordinate and manage drug screenings weeklyOther duties as assignedWorking Place: Wilson, NC, United States
