Follows existing documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures to complete routine day-to-day tasks. Works closely with other team members to ensure day-to-day tasks associated with customer are performed in a timely and accurate manner.What You'll Do As An Exceptional Team MemberManagement of office related tasks.Serves as point of contact for operations department in-coming calls.
