Office Administrator - Westminster, ColoradoCompany: Translogic Corp.The Office Administrator covers a wide range of HR and office administrative functions. This role will support the back-office functions of the People & Organization team in North America, provide office administrative functions critical to the smooth operations of the North American Headquarters and Technology Center, as well as assist with travel and expense reporting.Make an impactProvide a high-level of customer service to employees, as well as to external guests and customersSupport the day-to-day operations of the P&O function and ensure employee records, HR processes, and compliance activities are handled accurately and efficientlyEnsure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee informationPrepare hire paperwork and employment documentsSchedule interviews and coordinate candidate communicationsTrack required training and certificationsSchedule meetings, training sessions, and HR eventsGreet and direct guests and employeesReceive and distribute deliveriesMaintain and operate mail meterPost outgoing mailFacilitate office supply and maintenance requestsManage meeting room set-up, including catering deliveries, clean up after meetingsPerform weekly and monthly employee/loaner badge auditRun badge reports for our office locationsFirst Aid Kit AuditAssist with catering for new hire lunches, meetings and department requestsMaintain kitchen/lunchroom and small kitchen areas in office, keep tidy and ensure there are standard items available for restockMaintain security by following proceduresParticipate in planning and execution of evacuation proceduresSupport employee events as neededAssist P&O team with project work when neededAct as backup for corporate Travel Manager; book employee, new hire and candidate travel as requestedMonitor and validate expense reportsMonitor traveler compliance, including identifying and making recommendations to address non-compliant travelers and unenforced policiesAssist with immigration requests, visa assistance for recruiters and travel managerPerform other duties, as assigned.What you need to succeedHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of customer service experienceProfessional and friendly attitudeUse discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive dataAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsWillingness to help others when requestedKnowledge of MS Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseMultitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritizePunctual with strong attendance historyDesirable, but not Essential: Hands-on experience with office equipment; printers, coffee brewers, etc.Experience with Concur and SAP a plusSalary range for this position is $45,000 - $53,000.
