We can help move your career from now to next.The Office Administrator supports the firm by overseeing daily administrative tasks and supporting staff.The Office Administrator position will focus on the following areas:Support the receptionist in their absenceMonitor and order office suppliesEnter and maintain client dataCommunicate with building maintenanceAssist with monthly client billingManage firm wide calendarsDeliver and track new client correspondenceOnboard new clientsReview Employment ManualSupport the long-term strategic plan and vision of the firmAdhere to firm's Core Values, Ground Rules, and Mission StatementUtilize skillset on one of our firm's committeesBe viewed as a team player by associatesTreat all associates with a high level of respectThe Office Administrator position typically requires the following qualifications:Bachelor's or Associates Degree from an accredited college or universityProficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook requiredExperience with CRM softwareProblem-solving ability, thoroughness, cautiousness, attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam player, professional, respectful in interactions with associates and clientsTakes initiative to research and resolve issuesStrict confidentiality of clients' information is a mustDemonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively address opportunities and needsPay/benefits are competitive based on industry standards.Salary rate based on experienceBonus participation after one year with SummitBenefits include health insurance and 401(k) planSummit Financial Strategies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
