Office AdministratorAuto-Chlor System, a leading provider of reliable customer service and exceptional cleaning products for over 80 years, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our thriving Foxborough location. Join a growing organization with a strong brand reputation and be part of our continued success.What's in it for you:Guaranteed 40hrs.: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm (averaging 43-45 hrs. a week)Compensation: This position offers a base pay of $24 per hour. Most benefits are available on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.Responsibilities:Effective Communication: Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.AP/AR Management: Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.Dispatching: Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency.Account Management: Support account management activities, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.Financial Processing: Enter checks into the system and conduct deposit drop-offs at the bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Requirements:Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a reasonably clean record, enabling you to fulfill any driving responsibilities that may arise.Proficiency in MS Office: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication.Time Management and Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately.Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results.Our Location: 140 Washington Street Unit #1 Foxborough, MA 02035Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
