Responsibilities
Collaborate with headquarters managers on various projects.
Prepare orders for batch invoicing and balance payments in the system at the end of each day.
Assist the purchasing team with orders and provide administrative support as needed.
Support outside sales representatives with day to day sales activities.
Work with the counter team to process customer payments and credits.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions.
Troubleshoot basic technology issues, including printers, internet connectivity, and Zoom calls, while coordinating with local IT support as needed.
Maintain office supplies and handle filing, document shredding, and other general office duties.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and email.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible attitude and willingness to assist across multiple departments.
Eagerness to learn new processes and responsibilities.
Ability to communicate with vendors and coordinate solutions to IT issues.
