In this dynamic role, you'll work alongside leadership and teams across our growing anesthesia practice management organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support employee experiences, and contribute to our collaborative company culture. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a positive impact on workplace experiences, we'd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Management: Monitor, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies including paper, pens, printer cartridges, and cleaning materials to keep our workspace fully stocked and operationalEmployee Wellness & Food Services: Stock snacks and beverages, plan and coordinate office lunches every Tuesday and Friday, and support employee wellness initiativesOnboarding Support: Collaborate with the Office Manager, HR, Operations, and executive team to execute comprehensive onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for successCulture & Engagement: Create a vibrant workplace atmosphere by decorating our office to celebrate holidays, major sporting events, employee birthdays, anniversaries, and special achievementsAdministrative Support: Answer phones professionally, welcome and direct visitors, schedule appointments, manage correspondence, and provide first-class administrative support to all departmentsDocument Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation systems; perform data entry and ensure information accuracy and accessibilityOffice Maintenance: Keep common areas clean, organized, and welcoming; coordinate with maintenance services and vendors to address facility needsMail & Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing correspondence for timely deliveryRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPhysical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.; requires frequent bending, stretching, reaching, walking, and standingProactive mindset, positive attitude, and collaborative communication stylePreferred QualificationsPrevious administrative or office management experienceExperience with office equipment operation and troubleshootingCustomer service or receptionist experienceWhy Join UsWe are a growing anesthesia practice management company with 700+ employees and contractors, committed to supporting healthcare professionals while maintaining a vibrant, collaborative workplace culture.
