Job description
ReceptionistFunction as receptionist in Recovery Services administrative area by providing a welcoming, hospitable area for patients, visitors, vendors, and staff and provide clerical support for designated Recovery Services staff and other areas.Maintain a welcoming, hospitable reception area for Hazelden visitors, patients, and staff to ensure that a positive image is projected of the organization and quality customer service is provided. Greet customers in a pleasant, respectful manner, directing or escorting them to appropriate site or making arrangements for staff to escort them. Ensure that visitors and volunteers sign inAttend to routine office activities for designated staff to promote efficient daily operationProvide clerical back-up support to designated areas to help ease workloads and maintain promote timeliness of business functionsRequired:High school or equivalent0-2 years' experienceMinimal familiarity with Microsoft Office ToolsMust satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background checkPreferred:Vocational or technical training (2 years or more)The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
