Office Assistant Float/Outpatient Clinic/Full-time EmploymentCompany: Harmony United Psychiatric Care Job Location: West Palm Beach, FLAbout Us: Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.Qualification: Candidate should have at least an associate degree (AA). Candidates with bachelor's degree will be preferred. At least three years of experience in a health care setting, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.Responsibilities:Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to appropriate departments or waiting areasAccepting in bound calls and making outbound calls to the patientsEnsure the cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areasMonitor and replenish office supplies and medical forms, coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipmentAssist in communicating appointment reminders, test results, and other pertinent information to patientsAdhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) in all administrative activitiesCompensation:Excellent base compensationProductivity bonusPerformance bonusBenefits:Health, Vision, and Dental insuranceRetirement Benefit: 401K Plan (Retirement): We will match your own 401K plan contribution to up to 4% match of your annual compensationPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysAdvantages:Full administrative supportLatest in digital technologyStrong focus on work/life balanceDrug-free policy: Harmony United Psychiatric Care enforces a comprehensive drug-free workplace policy to ensure the safety and security of our employees and visitors.
