We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant to support our manufacturing operations and help maintain accurate production records.
Responsibilities:
Check in hourly with production employees to track work status and completed tasks.
Assist with logging materials, parts, and finished items into production systems.
Verify that production data is recorded accurately and on time.
Perform general filing and maintain organized production and operational records.
Complete data entry related to production, inventory, and workflow.
Support managers with administrative and production-tracking duties.
Run errands.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear communication skills and ability to work with production staff.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production setting.
Ability to follow established processes and maintain accuracy.
Prior manufacturing or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
Good driving record as driving a company vehicle on occasion will be necessary.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production floor and office setting.
This is a fast paced position that requires moving about the facility most of the day.
