Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract opportunity, as a Office Operations Specialist within the Utilities industry to join our client, Onsite , to report to their office in Short Hills, NJ

$25/hr.
40 hours a week, Monday-Friday,8AM-430PM
You must have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills ( (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Provides office administrative support and records maintenance for water utility construction.
What You Will Be Doing
Strong customer service skills. - They will be interacting directly with customers and municipal officials on a daily basis, usually under less-than-ideal circumstances
Research and document customer concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve issues in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a liaison between customers, municipal officials, and internal teams to address escalated matters and support successful outcomes.
Who You Are
HS Diploma or GED required
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using formulas and lookup functions to create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports.
Ability to manage inbox communications and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a courteous, patient, and professional manner
Experience handling questions, concerns, or requests while maintaining a positive customer experience
Organized and strong attention to detail when researching, updating, and validating service records
