Office/Clerical RoleThe Office/Clerical role is responsible for providing guests with a "world-class" first impression of the facility. This position manages and coordinates visitor interactions to ensure their needs are met in a professional and welcoming manner. Additionally, the role includes performing daily office operations and supporting basic accounts payable tasks.Duties / Responsibilities:Match packing slips (PO's) to invoices for accounts payableKey into GL accounts payable batches and scan (manual code)AP Mailbox distribution for 913 and 904Expense Tracking for team spendingPoint of contact for accounts payable teamCoordinate guests and scheduled delivery appointments.Answer the main phone line – route calls, take messages, and manage the initial communications.Point of contact for ordering supplies in OracleStore office supplies when delivered.Filing, making copies, printing, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned.Assist potential candidates with an online application process.Any additional duties or special projects as requested by the Materials Manager.Sign for UPS & FEDEX deliveries.Cycle CountsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredProficient in Excel and WordMinimum of two (2) years' relevant experienceKnowledge of accounts payable accounting techniques and methods.Familiarity with reconciliation techniques, filing procedure, and file maintenanceWhy Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
