Night Shift Warehouse ClerkLocation: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months (1,040 total hours), full-time, 40 hours/week Travel: None requiredOur client, a leading distribution and logistics company, is seeking a detail-oriented Night Shift Warehouse Clerk to support overnight warehouse operations. This is primarily an office-based position, with approximately 99% of time spent in an office setting. Occasional trips into the warehouse may be required to investigate invoice discrepancies, verify inventory, or inspect products.Key Responsibilities:Support nightly route operations and ensure accurate route closuresManage and document inventory shortagesProcess documentation and run operational reportsInvestigate invoice discrepancies and verify inventory as neededPerform accurate and timely data entryCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsMaintain organized records and filesRequired Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and TeamsStrong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently during overnight hoursAbout the Role:This position plays a key role in supporting overnight warehouse and route operations for a fast-paced distribution facility. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate documentation, inventory control, and smooth route closures each shift.
