Passion Respect Integrity Dedication EnergyTemco Logistics is seeking a proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude CSR with dispatching/routing experience to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. This position is integral to maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction in our final-mile delivery services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with open driving routes daily.Monitoring drivers and their routes.Complete paperwork daily.Answering incoming calls and responding to customer concerns.Schedule and confirm delivery teams daily.Ability to map locations and give directions effectively.Prepare paperwork for the following day's routes.Read route sheets thoroughly with the ability to plan trips to save time and fuel.Communicate with dispatch and contact customers when needed.Communicate with Drivers/Teams to assess their route scheduled and timing of deliveries.Ability to professionally communicate with internal staff, external customers, and vendors.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAble to pass prescreen requirements for employment.Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office setting.Bilingual (preferred, but not required)1-3 years of experience in a call center environmentProficient in relevant computer applicationsData entry and typing skills.Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skillsEmpathetic & PatientProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Apply now and become part of a team that's redefining final mile delivery.Temco Logistics is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
