Office Clerk / Scheduling CoordinatorThe Office Clerk / Scheduling Coordinator will support our daily operations. This role plays a key part in keeping jobs scheduled, customers informed, and billing accurate.Essential Functions and Duties:Provide quality service to walk-in customers and on the phoneFax, copy and scan paperworkCommunicate with moving crewsPerform general housekeeping duties and maintain inventory of suppliesPrepare various report for management and maintain required forms and logsSet up appointments for surveys/deliveriesFiling and organizing paperworkOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Interpersonal communicationKnowledge of company softwareAbility to multitaskGeneral knowledge of bookkeeping principlesFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelRequired Education and Experience:Required: High school diploma or GEDWorking Conditions:IndoorsOffice environmentSitting for long periods of timeFrequent use of telephoneOccasionally lifting objects up to 30 poundsTake part in a company that has been successful for over 100 years and is still growing - join the Coleman Team today!
