Office CoordinatorAOM Infusion is a leading provider of home and specialty infusion therapy, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the communities we serve. Our team of experienced clinicians and professionals work together to ensure every patient receives safe, compassionate, and personalized treatment.AOM Infusion is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary, onsite position in Brooklyn, NY.The Office Coordinator facilitates the office environment and provides administrative support to the assigned department and is the main operator/receptionist to the office. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesOperates switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors.Handles incoming and outgoing mail, packages for office.Coordinates maintenance with building management.Maintains a clean and safe working environment throughout the office.Maintains of office equipment & adequate levels of office supplies.Ensure proper labor postings are kept up to date.Contributes to team effort by implementing clerical duties and administrative processes as assigned by supervisor.Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, reporting, etc.Assists in the maintaining of document data base.Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.Provide polite and professional communication.Conduct data entryHandles multiple projects.Performs other related duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalent.Minimum one year experience in Office Management or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting.Proficiency in Office applications such as Word and Excel.Excellent communications skills, telephone skills, and organizational skills.
