Office Coordinator IIThe Office Coordinator II provides administrative and operational coordination for the Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL), supporting CTL's mission of advancing faculty success through faculty development, instructional design, and engaged teaching and learning initiatives. Working under the general direction of the CTL Director, this position administers the CTL operating budget and grant funds, serves as the office's primary point of contact and lead for administrative operations, and functions as the primary administrative liaison between CTL and campus partners on matters of purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations. The Office Coordinator II may train, assign, and review the work of student workers and part-time/temporary staff.Responsibilities include administrative coordination and office leadership, budget preparation and fiscal control, program and event administration, personnel and records administration, and other duties as assigned.Required qualifications include a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and four years of related office coordination or administrative support experience, preferably in a higher education setting, including experience with budget administration and lead or supervisory responsibilities.Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree and higher education administrative support experience.The minimum salary for this position is $40,729, based on relevant years of experience.Required documents to attach include a list of references.Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include the ability to independently resolve most administrative and operational issues, manage multiple concurrent programs, budgets, and deadlines with minimal supervision, communicate effectively and professionally with faculty, staff, executive leadership, and the public, and possess advanced organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
