Office CoordinatorFLSA Non-ExemptEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Serves as primary person for the front desk/switchboardCoordinate technology requests for client meetingsDistribute time sensitive communication materials to appropriate service teamsCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients; Check voicemail from General MailboxReserve conference rooms for meetingsSchedule meetings and appointmentsMaintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documentsUphold a strict level of confidentialitySubmit building maintenance requestsCatering orders for internal meetingsProvide exceptional customer service and assist colleagues and clients whenever necessaryCulture ambassador and promote office moraleOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must be highly organized and able to work independentlyMust be detail-oriented and very efficientMust be flexible and have a great attitudeMust have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
