Job TitleRequirements:Must have a minimum of 4 years' of progressively increasing levels of responsibilities within a service or contracting office administrative environment.Strong organizational skills, and detail oriented.Strong administrative skills.Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our business partners, customers, strategic partners, and internal departments.Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.Knowledge with Access Control, Closed Circuit Video Systems and Intrusion Alarm Systems is a plus.Proficient in MS Office suite, email, internet.The ability to manage multiple staff and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem-solving.Clear English language speaking voice.They will be responsible for:Coordinating day-to-day operations of the Minneapolis branch.Managing client accounts and service delivery.Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Acting as a liaison between the branch team and corporate headquarters.Ensuring compliance with company standards and security protocols.Supporting training and onboarding of new staff.
