Crouse’s Physical Medicine Rehabilitation team provides personalized, high-quality, cost-effective evaluation and treatment for people with physical and/or speech-related impairments. The Outpatient Physical Rehab department is hiring an Office Coordinator. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.62 /hourOffice Coordinator responsibilities include:Schedule and register patients.Answering phones and returning calls to patients, providers and other hospital departments.Orders supplies and equipment.Manage confidential patient record keeping system and program statistical information.Attends meetings as needed.Plans for future program needs.Other duties as assigned by department leadership.Office Coordinator requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of experience in insurance verification and/or registration. One (1) year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Epic experience preferred.
