We bring together planners, engineers, architects, construction management staff, environmental, strategic communications, economists, management consultants and specialists across disciplines to solve complex mobility challenges with innovation, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of community needs. We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.The primary duties of the Office Coordinator are a variety of administrative functions for an office of professionals which include the following:Assist in the composure of project documents, materials and reports.Proofread project documents, materials and reports prepared by others.Monitor budgets and handle specific accounting responsibilities including financial tracking of projects and basic progress reportingManage electronic and printed files in ProjectWise or SharePointAnswer questions relating to company policies and proceduresSet up, attend and prepare meeting minutes for in person and virtual meetingsCoordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangementsPhone coverage, reading and routing incoming mail, update office calendars, scheduling meetings, and ordering suppliesProfessionally handle highly sensitive and confidential information.Miscellaneous tasks/projects as requestedPreferred Qualifications Local Candidates PreferredRequired Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustHDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Boston: $42,084 - $60,120
