Office Operations SupervisorSupervise and oversee all office operations including scheduling, billing, resolutions of staff and patient complaints, review and prepare budget, signing off on all purchases, department payroll, overseeing and coordinate staffing of personnel and marketing the practice.Manages tasks for the PhysicianSchedules patients as neededCommunicates departmental needs to the PhysicianAnswers and directs telephone calls in an appropriate mannerManages/Assists with projects associated with the practiceOrders and Manages inventory for the DepartmentPromotes professional development opportunities within the departmentFacilitates effective communication among staff membersParticipates in performance improvement projectsDemonstrates knowledge of insurance issues effecting patient careHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge of medical terminology, ability to maintain an image of professionalism in appearance and conduct at all timeUnderstanding of medical office billingPractice Management experience, preferredUSD $28.07 - USD $35.09 /Hr.The range listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.At Catholic Health, we believe in a people-first approach.
