Office Coordinator – Drive Daily Operations for DC Plumbing, Heating and Air ConditioningCompany: DC Plumbing, Heating and Air ConditioningSalary/Pay Rate: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)Location: San Clemente, CAJob/Employment Type: Full TimeProject Scope: Residential & Commercial Mechanical & HVAC ServicesMandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's LicenseThe Opportunity:You will serve as the operational backbone of our team, ensuring seamless communication between our office and field technicians. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction while managing dynamic day-to-day dispatch and administrative functions. You will thrive in a highly supportive, family-oriented environment where ownership and personal growth are genuinely valued.How You Will Make an Impact:Manage high-volume inbound phone calls with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.Dispatch field technicians effectively using ServiceTitan to optimize daily routing and response times.Maintain and set up customer maintenance programs to drive long-term client retention.Coordinate front-office administrative operations, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.Oversee office supply inventory and proactively place orders to prevent operational delays.Collaborate closely with field technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts and streamline communication.Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-office coordination or dispatching.Extensive, hands-on experience utilizing ServiceTitan software and managing maintenance programs.Proven ability to multitask and manage heavy call volume in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with field crews.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Prior administrative or dispatching experience within the plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay with overtime potential and bi-weekly pay cycles.401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.Comprehensive health and wellness coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Generous paid time off covering holidays, vacation, and sick leave.Provided tech package, including a smartphone or tablet for seamless operations.Ongoing professional training programs, including manufacturer and safety certifications.About Us:DC Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is dedicated to delivering top-tier mechanical and HVAC solutions to residential and commercial clients across San Clemente and surrounding areas.
