If you're dedicated, dependable and driven to deliver exceptional guest service, this is a place for you!Compensation: $14 per hourWhat You Get To Do:Handle incoming and outgoing callsRespond to inquiries related to the department and the park, via phone, email, letter or in person, while providing excellent guest service to both internal and external customersMaintain department files according to department and company guidelinesAssist in the maintenance of ambassador records, which could include departmental employee files, timekeeping records, and employee status formsComplete department purchase requisitions and check requests. Able to assist with expense reports as requested.Assist the department as a scheduler within the parameters management provides.Create work orders, and ensure they reach completion with General Services. This includes equipment repairs with outside vendors such as Coke, ICEE, etc.Assist leadership in compiling and analyzing dataAssist with other department positions as business levels require, to include working in the parkOther duties as assigned.What It Takes To Succeed:1 year experience working in an office environment providing administrative support preferredStrong teamwork, multi-tasking and guest service skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Florida driver's licenseComputer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to successfully build Power Point presentations and create excel worksheetsMust possess general computer system knowledge to be able to quickly become proficient in area specific software, i.e., SAP.
