At POD Health, we strive to make healthcare personal, proactive, and accessible for all.Position Title & Schedule: Office Custodian, Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMLocation: 15310 Amberly Dr, Tampa Palms, FL 33647Reports to: Maintenance SupervisorJob Summary: The Office Custodian works together with the Maintenance team to perform a variety of daily custodial and general maintenance duties for our Tampa office. This includes cleaning duties, trash removal, inventory/supply control, supply management and other general maintenance tasks as needed. This role keeps our clinical and administrative workspace clean, stocked and fully functional for the team delivering telehealth and chronic care services to patients across Florida.Responsibilities include:Daily cleaning of the Tampa office including dusting, trash removal, mopping and sweeping while following provided schedule and guidelinesMaintain all office equipment, participate in deep cleaning projectsPrepare new hire desks and clean out desks of all exit employees for all replacements/new hires coming inPrepare rooms for all meetings and presentations by ordering food for meetings, ensuring technology is working properly before the meetings begin, moving desks and chairs and other arrangements as neededKeep office spaces in clean and orderly conditionPerform cleaning duties in areas such as floors, bathrooms, desk areas, windows, kitchen areas, garbage roomsMaintain cleanliness of telehealth and clinical workstations, including sanitizing shared equipment and headsetsPerform routine maintenance tasks and report facility issues requiring vendor or landlord supportOrganize custodial closets and spacesReceive, unpack and organize all office supplies and equipment, and track inventory for reorderMaintain working condition of cleaning equipment following applicable health and safety regulations and guidelinesReport to Maintenance Supervisor on any needs for the officeJob Requirements:Prior experience in cleaning is requiredSkilled in the use of hand and power tools a plusAbility to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsEye for detail; Professional presentation and attitudeAbility to maintain focus while working individually with minimal on-site supervisionStrong time management skillsPOD Health provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
