Job description
Working Location: Orchard Ngee Ann City
Contract duration: 1 Year Contract role
Position title: Office & Employee Engagement Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and facilities , including reception, meeting rooms, office upkeep and workspace management.
Manage vendors, building management and landlords , including contracts, POs, invoices and service coordination.
Support office renovation projects , including vendor/landlord coordination, seat planning and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding , including access cards, workstations and equipment.
Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, team-building activities, celebrations and wellness programmes .
Manage office administration, including mail/couriers, filing, supplies and general communications .
Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety requirements and emergency procedures.
Manage and track the office operational budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with HR on employee engagement, workplace experience, DEI and wellness initiatives .
Support internal communications and employee feedback initiatives .
Requirements
Prior experience in Office Management, Facilities, Workplace Experience or Employee Engagement .
Strong vendor management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating office renovations, events and employee engagement activities is advantageous.
Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
Independent, proactive and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
